__Unit 4b: Two-way Tables and Relative Frequency__
The first two weeks of this unit was at the end of 2nd quarter before winter break. We did the next part of the unit on Two-way tables when the students came back from winter break.

__Math 8 Lesson - Two-way Table Introduction__
I started out this unit by giving the students a Place Value and Rounding Numbers Review Page for their notebooks.

The first part of the unit was focused on Two-way Frequency Tables and how to fill in and complete two-way frequency tables.

Students did a round of Recorder/Reporter and the teams completed two-way frequency tables as a team.

__iMath Lesson - Socrative "Digital Task Cards"__
After practicing completing two-way frequency tables with their teams, students did my Socrative (self-paced) "Digital Task Cards" lesson on Two-way Frequency Tables.

__Math 8 Lesson - Two-way tables from Situations__
The next part of the unit focused on Two-way tables from Venn Diagrams.

Students did a round of Recorder/Reporter and the teams completed two-way frequency table from venn diagrams.

The next part of the unit focused on Two-way tables from Situations.

Students did a round of Recorder/Reporter and the teams completed two-way frequency table from situations.

I made a Two-way Table Dry Erase Mat for the students to use. (

*Feel free to use*)

__iMath Lesson - Tenmarks and Two-way Tables__
Students practiced the concept of two-way tables in Tenmarks.

__Math 8 Lesson - Two-way Tables and Relative Frequency__
The last part of the unit focused on finding the relative frequency in a two-way table. I taught the students how to read the question and to set up a ratio from the two-way table. The students then calculated the ratio into a percentage.

Students did a round of Recorder/Reporter and practiced finding the relative frequency in teams.
